Country Pointe Nesconset

There are 2 Country Pointe Condo/Townhouse communities where students attend The Smithtown School District. The first one built in 2000 is Country Pointe Condos in Nesconset Long Island located off  Middle Country Road, just East of Route 347.  As you drive up to the Gatehouse at Country Pointe there is a 24 hour guardhouse.

Located in Nesconset, Country Pointe is a condominium that offers all residents a clubhouse, gym, and tennis courts.  There were several different models built at Country Pointe including 1 level condos either on the 1st or 2nd floor, and 2 story townhouses. 

Country Pointe Nesconset North is located off Route 347 and Browns Road and was built in 2003. This too is a 24/7 manned-gated community. Two models were constructed at Country Pointe North, the Brookfied townhouse and the Arden with master bedroom on the main level.  Some of the amenities at Country Pointe North are a pool, clubhouse, gym, card room, bocci and tennis, and this is a pet friendly community.
